How much does it cost to set up a SMSF with individual trustees?

It cost you $220 if you apply for setting up a SMSF by iCare SMSF.

How much does it cost to set up a SMSF with a corporate trustee?

A corporate trustee is a special purpose company. We charge $880 to form that company.

Is there any terms and conditions for your free SMSF setup services?

There is none!

Is iCare SMSF’ setup document in high quality?

Yes. Our setup documents are very well recognized by SMSF specialists, lawyers, all the financial institutions and SMSF trustees.

If I have a company to be used as a corporate trustee, how much does it cost to set up my SMSF via iCare SMSF?

iCare SMSF charges $330 to cover the following:

• verify the existing company’s director and shareholder details
• check if the company is solvent and not fees owing to ASIC
• change the company to a special purpose company if necessary
• add or remove directors or shareholders if it is required by SIS Act

How much iCare SMSF charge if I transfer my existing SMSF to iCare SMSF?

It is free but the following services will be provided to make sure it is a smooth transfer for you:

• contact you existing SMSF accountant/administrator to transfer your files/information to iCare SMSF.
• a courier will be arranged to collect the information at iCare SMSF’s costs
• review and confirm all the existing files, financials, tax returns and other documents
• set up your SMSF in our administration software
• notify ATO or ASIC the change of administrator or accountants

How much iCare SMSF charge if my pension account has been established by previous accountants?

Nil.

Is there an exit fee in case I decide to end  iCare SMSF’s services?

No exit fee or transfer fee.
