Option 1: Keep the documents and email scanned copies at the year-end:
With this option, clients can keep the SMSF documents themselves and send us scanned copies via email at the end of the financial year. Our team will manually process the data and documents into the accounting software. This option is suitable for clients who prefer to keep their SMSF documents physically with them.
Option 2: Subscribe to cloud-based SMSF software:
We also offer clients the option to subscribe to cloud-based SMSF software for their SMSF, such as BGL Simple Fund 360 or Class Super. With this option, the bank transactions will be uploaded to the software on a daily basis, making the process more streamlined and efficient. This option is suitable for clients who prefer a more automated and efficient process for their SMSF record keeping.
Please note that if clients would like to use our office as the postal address for receiving all the SMSF-related mail, we may charge extra costs for this service. We advise clients to contact us to discuss the details of this service.
